In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Company" means Mansion Raffle Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
• "Competition" means any raffle or draw operated by the Company.
• "Entry" means a valid ticket purchase for a specific Competition.
• "Participant" means any person who purchases an Entry.
• "Prize" means the property or cash alternative offered in each Competition.

2.1 Age Requirements

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.

2.2 Geographical Restrictions

Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom only, excluding employees of the Company and their immediate family members.

2.3 Legal Capacity

Participants must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and must not be prohibited from participating by any applicable law.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are excluded from participation:

• Employees of the Company and their immediate families
• Professional gamblers or individuals banned from gambling
• Persons resident in countries where such competitions are prohibited

3.1 Entry Methods

Entries can be purchased online through our Website or via postal entry (where applicable).

3.2 Entry Limits

There is no limit to the number of entries a Participant may purchase, subject to the maximum number of entries specified for each Competition.

3.3 Payment

All entries must be paid for in full before the draw date. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

3.4 Entry Confirmation

Participants will receive email confirmation of their entry, including unique ticket numbers.

3.5 Free Entry Option

A free postal entry option is available. Send your name, address, and date of birth to our registered office address.

4.1 Draw Date

Each Competition will specify a draw date. Draws will take place as scheduled unless circumstances beyond our control prevent this.

4.2 Draw Method

Winners are selected using a verified random number generator system, independently witnessed and recorded.

4.3 Minimum Entries

Each Competition requires a minimum number of entries to proceed. If this threshold is not met, the Competition may be cancelled with full refunds.

4.4 Transparency

All draws are conducted transparently with independent oversight. Draw recordings and verification reports are available upon request.

5.1 Prize Description

Each Competition offers either a residential property or a cash alternative as specified in the Competition details.

5.2 Cash Alternative

Winners may choose a cash alternative equal to 80% of the property's independently verified market value.

5.3 Property Transfer

Property prizes are transferred free of charge, including all legal fees and stamp duty (where applicable).

5.4 Prize Substitution

The Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6.1 Selection Process

Winners are selected randomly from all valid entries received before the draw date.

6.2 Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw via telephone and email. Initial contact attempts will be made within 7 days.

6.3 Verification Requirements

Winners must provide proof of identity, age, and address before prize claiming can commence.

6.4 Publicity

Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities and the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.

7.1 Claiming Period

Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of winner notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

7.2 Decision Period

Winners have 14 days to decide between the property prize and cash alternative.

7.3 Legal Requirements

All legal documentation must be completed within 90 days of prize claiming confirmation.

7.4 Tax Implications

Winners are responsible for any tax implications arising from prize acceptance. We recommend seeking independent tax advice.

Participants may opt-in to receive marketing communications but this is not required for Competition entry.

9.1 Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the refund of entry fees paid by the Participant.

The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9.3 Technical Issues

The Company is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or communication errors not caused by our negligence.

9.4 Prize Condition

Properties are offered in their current condition. No warranty is provided regarding property condition beyond legal requirements.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

10.2 Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms with reasonable notice. Changes will be published on our Website.

10.3 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms continue in full force and effect.
